Justice Thomas did not show up for proceedings yesterday, and the court did not offer any explanations as to his absence. Illness, or worse?

The Court did say he was ruling on Mondays presentations and will review the transcripts. It is not that rare for a justice to miss a live presentation. The left is salivating for Biden to appoint another Brain dead leftist to the bench before the election and since McConnell intentionally gave up the 50-50 tie leadership to Schumer, any asshole Biden mentions will take the seat.
