Now if I had only learned this as a youngin.

Process him through the Federal System and make an example of him! Let's see how well the pockets of NYS vs the US will shake out. Let alone when the Feds begin to bring the weight of the system down upon a multitude of Federal Law violators, elected representatives as well...

Shall we play a game!? Zero sum results of course, but at left will get to enjoy what they've done to others for years!

If anything, it will teach the Progressives that you cannot apply the law by cherry picking what you want to enforce or ignore. Law is Law...

"Romero-Hernandez was in the custody of the sheriff’s office on felony assault charges. He pleaded guilty to misdemeanor assault charges on Tuesday, to resolve his criminal case, and was sentenced to time-served."

Ithaca is a communist, not socialist, city..............

Illegals do have a hard time finding cheap lodging and food in Ithaca, due to the high prices for housing.............menial jobs at Cornell, Ithaca College and in odd jobs do not elevate them much toward the American Dream.............DEPORT THEM ALL................FIND THAT SOB

Tompkins county is a hive of leftist scum and villainy..
I was quite literally attacked by an angry blue haired Cornell professor woman while in line at Wegman's, she took exception to me being a Cis Male with my wife and two daughters. She forcefully pushed her cart into my ankles 3 times right in a row, on the 4th I exploded and yelled 'you hit me with that fucking cart 1 more time I WILL SHOVE IT RIGHT UP YOUR ASS!" That got through her thick skull, store employees then told her to leave. It was pretty crazy.

I traveled to Ithaca and Tompkins County businesses a good amount over my long working career back in New Yorkistan. I will never forget the time I first stopped in at Ithaca Bakery for lunch: It took me straight back to when I was stationed back in the San Francisco area during the 1970's, and when I visited Berkely. Don't get me wrong, - the food at Ithaca Bakery was good. Hell, the freshly made bagels were excellent. But the entire place was straight out of Berkely in the 70's: Everything is counterculture. The food menu; the sandwich names; the hippies working there; the t-shirts for sale; the anti establishment newpapers for sale. Everything! Straight out of Berkely. A full blown bastion of liberalism from CA throughout.

The whole county is full of them, and it shows in every election.

It's getting worse. My daughter got her PhD and currently works at Cornell. The downtown area known as "the commons" has been taken over by homeless and crazy drug addicts. Even she complains it is not as nice as it was just a few years ago. There are signs everywhere in support of the most random victim groups you can imagine. (Free Trans People in Tibet was one sign I saw - what are we talking about maybe 5 people max?)

Sheriff Osborne is a Democrat. I also read that one of his priorities is diversity.
I just thought I'd mention it.

I'd also like to see the hammer of justice come down on Hochul the Horrible and Jumbo James
for their part in actively breaking the law by protecting the illegals.
You know. The FAFO thing.

I'm disappointed that my local Sheriff's Department doesn't participate like Rensselaer County.

FWIW, here in Genesee County I don't think it would politically hurt a sheriff or a candidate for sheriff to participate with 287(g). In fact, I think it would help someone here in getting or staying elected. IMHO
