Yes, correct. That's why that system is in place. America's justice system may not be perfect, but I challenge anyone to find one better.
Now remond me how much property was damaged and how many people died during these protests?Protected speech, just like this was.
Personally, I think hanging an image of the president or putting an image of him in a guillotine is in poor taste. All of our rights have costs, and the cost of the 1A is sometimes people do offensive things with it. However I still think the right is well worth the cost.
Sounds like a wonderful babbydaddy.
And if they refuse to act ?By cops and the justice system.
Threatening violence is not protesting, it's terrorism.Your correct, but there are limits to free speech too. Threating violence against a head of state while your outside his door is a problem.
those threating violence are known to also made good on their threats of violence and that is a direct threat to the president.
This isn't a statement. This is a threat. One is actionable, and the other isnt.
The fact there there will be thousands of violent rioters at the white house during the election Is a concern for the secret service and the country. threats made to forcibly remove him from the Whitehouse and overt action to gather a group to do it are a serious concern.
As long as it remains a peaceful protest, you are correct.Lafayette Square is a public park. As a public place the public has a right to exercise it's 1A rights there. Last time I checked there is no limit on how long you can protest something.
I'm an absolutist when it comes protecting ALL citizen rights regardless if I agree with them or not.
As long as it remains a peaceful protest, you are correct.
As soon as it turns violent, then they have strayed outside the protection of the 1A and should be dealt with swiftly and harshly.
Not to be a complete dick but if I were arrested I'd sure as hell rather be arrested for a major crime in Canada than in the US. I do not love the justice system here. It is at times brutally punitive. There are people in prison for years over trivial shit. It has private prisons (these are a terrible idea), among other things. I would support abolishment of private prisons as soon as feasible.Yes, correct. That's why that system is in place. America's justice system may not be perfect, but I challenge anyone to find one better.
I largely agree. Westboro baptist church is a great example of what makes America great, to be frank. They are complete assholes and literally the entire population of the country minus about 200 people know it, but in many countries they would not be allowed to exist. Here they can. They are inadvertently a perfect example of the power of the 1st amendment. They still prove it exists. As long as they are still allowed to talk, we are all allowed to as well.Protected speech, just like this was.

I'm selling spent brass for 9mm at $.60 per. It's dented and dirty. As for the propellant, I've got bottles of piss at $20/gallon, with which you can make your own gunpowder. There’s a few sites but I don’t think you’ll like the prices.
How about we compromise and I give you all a one finger salute, umkay?
Refuses to do the new Nazi salute

Love Tucker. He has a natural ability to make people look like fools. I love when he just starts laughing at people.
The GOP should be tracking every person they bail out and when they inevitably commit more crimes we should hang that around her neck like an albatross. This is one of those tweets that the GOP should use often.
