Hi All,
I have been sending some ammo up to New York FFLs for highschool trap and skeet teams, and one of them told me about a "Keeper of Ammunition" permit which I did not know about. I was wondering if you all could shed some light on what this is? Is it easy to get and if someone has it, can I ship ammo direct to them?
