A phone and a 'video gaming device’… that’s what two teenagers were allegedly after, in a burglary that turned into a murder according to the Fort Worth Police. Officials with the department said in a statement released Tuesday that two boys, aged thirteen and fourteen, were arrested on a capital murder charge in the fatal shooting of a woman in her Fort Worth apartment.

The mother of the 13-year-old boy accused in the crime, said her son never entered the building.

She said it was the boy he was with, a 14-year-old, who kicked in a door, and that he’s the one who had the gun.

So she was aware of the crime? Maybe an accomplice?

id rather see the light in their eyes extinguised, but life behind bars would have to suffice. unfortunately, because they are minors they will likely be released once they are 18 and they have their whole lives ahead of them still (to rape, rob, and murder some more).

Not really. Gangs recruit the younger kids 13 & 14 and younger if possible. Easier to indoctrinate, scare , intimidate , you name it, at that age.

Agreed. Standards , morals and ethics aren’t part of the ME generation. I started noticing that when I was raising my kids
Over 20 years ago. They took a back seat to making sure that little Johnny’s or little susie’s feelings weren’t hurt. Their self esteem is all that matters they said.
