KKK, Nazi Gear for Sale on Major Firearms Auction Site

I've never actually searched for anything other than guns on Gunbroker and was surprised that they actually sold this stuff. I thought they were dedicated only to firearms.

Personally I believe you should be allowed to buy, sell, possess anything that you want, even if it's so-called "hateful" items. I mean, Amazon has no problem selling Black Lives Matter paraphernalia and that (in my opinion) is just another hate group. Still, I'm assuming that most of Gunboker's revenue comes from gun sales and this probably just hurts their brand.

I agree that short of a thermonuclear weapon we should be free to buy and collect whatever we want. That being said, I cannot understand peoples fascination with Nazi memorabilia. How many of our fathers, grandfathers, uncles etc. fought the Nazis? Many I would guess. How many died? Too many for sure. I can't fathom why someone would want Nazi artifacts to collect based on that. Having a K98 or some other item more associated with the Wehrmacht is fine to have in my opinion. Also a war bring back by a relative seems reasonable to have. But most Nazi crap belongs in museums not in a home. By selling this stuff on Gunbroker it only gives the liberals more ammo to say that gun owners are Nazi nuts. As far as the KKK stuff, I have plenty of pillow cases and bed sheets in my home thank you,

There is actually nothing forbidding it outright at this point. Good luck getting a CLEO sign-off, or an NRC license for the fission material though.

But, if you have the $$$ to afford to build the nuke (say, more disposable income than most countries) , I am sure those obstacles could be "overcome".....

I personally wouldn't collect this stuff but history needs to be preserved or it will be forgotten how horrible of things man can do to eachother in a few generations.

This stuff is historical, I wonder if the Smithsonian had bought these items they would be considered racist.

i think the snowflakes would prefer that history be forgotten or more importantly, changed to fit an unrealistic narrative. The fact that history is full of atrocities on all sides is proof that history is a cruel educator, probably to cruel for sensitive ears

What someone has to sell should not reflect on what you want to buy. That Gunbroker allows this stuff to be advertised on their website is strange. I'm ok with Gunbroker listing WWII Axis firearms, but KKK stuff, I don't see that it is the place for it.

I don't collect it or own anything Of Nazi origin. But I don't see anything wrong with it if that's your thing . I have to say holding a real 98K , M1 Garand Mosin Nagant from the war period always make me think of the soldiers who carried that particular rifle, where that rifle had been , who held it ,what battles it may have been in what countries it had been in . The same as the American Civil war stuff . I have a copper gunpowder flask that still has powder in it from the early or mid 1800's I don't know if it was owned by a confederate or Yankee, Don't really care much , just that this thing has been around longer than Ive been alive . I think historical artifacts are pretty kool . it Brings a certain reality to you in a personal way .

Blacks buy a lot of the KKK stuff.

What's left of the KKK is infiltrated by FBI agents, must be a kush job because there's only a few hundred members and they haven't killt anybody in 60 years. I think the Left wants to keep it around because it's a great fund-raising and debate tool... I bet Soros contributes.

I think personnally it should all be burned out of existence, unless it's actually useful. I remember what they did, I don't need to see their flag on a regular basis. You want to remember the enemy? Buy some ashes of the bodies they burnt in the camps. Buy some blood of the soldiers that died trying to stop them. This way it's clear that you're angry, and not a sympathizer.

The knee jerk hatred of the KKK shows that government brainwashing is effective. If you look at the history, the rise of the KKK was a natural reaction to the Yankees not protecting white Confederates from the recently freed and angry slaves. Even though only 2% of the Confederates owned slaves, freed slaves outnumbered whites 9 to 1 in some areas. There was no rule of law and the Yanks thought it was entertaining when vengeful slaves would rob, rape, murder, burn, etc.

They originally dressed in sheets and hoods and went out at night to scare superstitious freed slaves. They did vigilante justice, including lynchings, but surprisingly there were less than 400 deaths. And of those, most were actually guilty. It wasn't like "To Kill a Mockingbird" every time.

By 1876 the corrupt Washington politicians (Democrats) conceded control of the South back to the whites even though there were potentially more black voters. Thanks to the KKK the whites voted in block and regained political power. Jim Crow laws were passed and the lives of Negro sharecroppers were little different than those of slaves, SO THE ENTIRE CIVIL WAR WAS MOOT and 600,000 people and half the country's infrastructure was destroyed for nothing. Crushing 98% of the people to punish 2% of the slaveholders, putting an entire region into poverty for a hundred years.... This is the brilliance of the Federal Government in action folks, and our saintly hero Abraham Lincoln deserves the most blame.

I don't think the KKK has any place in the modern world and don't support it at all but our teachers and media sure love having it around as a whipping boy to show that racism still exists. All 300 aging members.... If people were realistic and weighed the actual events, the KKK would be a minor footnote and the Federal Government stomping down half the country to no positive gain would be the truly horrific event. Lincoln was little better than Stalin or Mao in this, and they all "abhorred violence" had "good intentions for the people".

If you want to be entertained then have your kid pepper their history paper on the Reconstruction with the truth and facts and watch the teachers, errr... government indoctrinators... squirm.

I own some WWII stuff, some Nazi too. Better their stuff hanging on my wall than my relatives stuff on a wall in Stuttgart. To the victors go the spoils. Been that way since groups of men fought and killed one another. If you don't like it, don't collect it, but there is no reason it shouldn't be allowed.

It would be pretty cool to have original WWII memorabilia from AXIS and Allied forces of course US and German being the top 2. Some like to sweep history under the carpet, the minute you do that your doomed to repeat it.

When I was a kid my dad was going to buy me a German .380 handgun. The guy was telling me oh they used this to kill Jews because it was cheaper ammo. I heard that and passed on the gun.
I have also heard that many people shy away from this stuff for the same reason.
