My unprofessional uneducated guess would be yes for various reasons. It looks like the island is cracking in half, the uneven disperment of weight on a weakened shelf . The possibility of huge chambers forming after the volcano clams down Possibly causeing serious earthquakes as the area settles . But I dont know jack squat about plate tectonics or volcanos, just my guess

Tsunamis can be caused by landslides as well as earthquakes.
