I didn’t intend to turn this into a property ownership discussion really, my comment was in context of lead ammo and telling the serfs what could and couldn’t be done on their land as a function of a larger anti 2A push.

But you’re not wrong. Especially in NY where property taxes can meet or exceed a second mortgage.
