Leather shoulder holster questions

So I have wanted a leather shoulder holster for quite some time now. I found what I believe to be a spectacular custom leather holster manufacturer locally ( Ritchie Leather Company in Amherst NY) who literally tailors the holster and fit to you and your firearm perfectly but want a bit more done. Does anyone know of someone who does leather tooling? I would like a bit more embellishments added, tastefully of course.
I consider this an investment ( as the holster alone will be nearing 300 upon completion) and an heirloom piece to hand down to my children.

Plenty of Amish are good leather workers. I’d talk to a belt maker at your local gun show that has some tolled belts and ask them.
Also that Richie leather is right by me and I’ve heard good things about them. Drop a line when your coming and maybe we could grab dinner or lunch together. I’m not but 15 minutes from them, assuming you’re making the drive for the fitting.

I tried a few different shoulder rigs when I carried Rosie & Louise during my Uber driving days. The only one that I found to be comfortable to me was from Triple K out in San Diego. Normally comes with a specific holster and dual mag holder. I swapped out the mag holder for a second holster. No fancy engraving, but the shoulder rig leather is super soft and comfortable, and the holsters are very well made.

Ritchie leather is a small two-man shop, where you can personally talk to the guys who will fill your needs, I've bought several holsters from them, all excellent, top-quality work. Would highly recommend them.
