Yeah I think you did! Been using this thing for everything and liking it more and more every day. Few projects over past couple of weeks where it came in handy:

Replaced light fixture (wiring/screwdriver)
Put tarp on boat (cutting paracord)
Chopped ice buildup on snowblower (pliers)
Fixed two toilets (saw / file / wire cutter)
Replaced watch battery (pliers / screwdriver)
Fixed washer machine pump (pliers / screwdriver)
Opened Paint cans (screwdriver)
Fixed RC car (pliers)
Breakdown boxes for recycling (knife)
Clamped small part while glue set (pliers)
Fixed door that wasnt closing (file / screwdriver)

I'm sure I'm missing some stuff lol...

Now Im thinking about making a custom leather sheath for this and a stream light!

I was suprised to see a Leatherman Leap in the photo as I was sure I am one of only a handful of adults that carry and use one. They are marketed as a kids first or beginner Leatherman multitool. The knife blade comes unattached for minors but is easily attached when they are mature enough for its use and for adults. I like the Leap because it is lightweight, small, comfortable to carry in a pocket and has several useful tools that I find use pretty often including: knife, scissors, screwdrivers (flat and Phillips), pliers, and tweezers. I don't the use the saw blade very much. I got one for each of two eldest kids a couple of Christmases ago and thought they were so useful and easy to carry I got myself one afterwards.
And they are currently are on sale!

Yep! $30 instead of $40.

I heard they may possibly be being discontinued. Unconfirmed but I wasnt gonna risk it.

They got the same tools on my others. So its definitely not made cheaper than some of the others. Was easy to put on the knife...being an adult I thought I was capable of having it on :)

I've been putting gifts into the grab bag that I want to keep for many years.
Because of certain medical issues I do not drink alcohol (although I do wish I could). When I noticed all the younger family members all putting in bottles of scotch, beer making kits, glassware, etc I decided if they can put things into the mix that I have zero interest in, then I'll do the same.

Last year I 'bought myself a hatchet'. :)

got the leatherman bit set that has 42 bits (double sided). Ive only had to use it twice since I got it a nunber of months ago.

Mainly got it for the torx/hex bits so I wouldnt need an additional set of allen wrenches, but the extra screw driver bits are handy. I paid $18, I believe, for it. $24 on LM site though.
