Legality of Rifle Accessories

I've been wondering the legality of weapon accessories if the rifle in question has the magazine permanently pinned. I'm talking about accessories such as a vertical foregrip, or any other things specifically outlawed with detachable magazines.

The "accessories" that you are referring to are not prohibited under unSAFE; semi-automatic pistols, rifles and shotguns with detachable magazines with them attached are.
