This part of the storage bill makes me laugh...
1 § 5. Severability. If any word, phrase, clause, sentence, paragraph, 2 section, or part of this act shall be adjudged by any court of competent 3 jurisdiction to be invalid, such judgment shall not affect, impair, or 4 invalidate the remainder thereof, but shall be confined in its operation 5 to the word, phrase, clause, sentence, paragraph, section, or part ther- 6 eof directly involved in the controversy in which such judgment shall 7 have been rendered.

Is the language in the bill as passed still concerning owners with children 16 and under and or living with someone at risk or does this now cover all gun owners regardless of who lives with you?
