In Utica the obvious busy intersections are patrolled more now and they run the beggars off, so they got better at moving to smaller pinch point lights and intersections. No fewer, just better at hiding. At the Utica Home Depot, day shift is the "Holy Grail" for working hours, but they don't want to work, so they too have become very adept at hiding or appearing to be very busy and not to be bothered or interrupted.

Yes but only because Home Depot brought in armed security with dogs to my local HD to keep the day laborers off the premises.
It would be very handy to have vetted people who could help with simple tasks (installing Air Conditioner, Raking, etc.).
$50 per hour would be attractive.
Home Depot would need to be paymaster.
I'd sure like to see fewer Can Pickers with their stolen shopping carts.

I’ve never seen day laborers at my homedepot but holy crap lots more beggars and homeless around than I ever remember. Homeless are moving into my downtown now that we made them a park and nice bathroom. More and more trouble from them as well. People being threatened and attempted stabbings. I’ve heard of a few these past years and never had these before.

Well, they're not "Homeless". They're not "Transgender".
They are mentally ill people that must be controlled in institutions. Our grandparents and their grandparents knew this.
But to be clear, the vast majority of homosexuals are not homeless, nor violent, nor crazy. I have had friendships with various homosexuals my entire life. None were anxious to impose their preferences on anyone else. None had unhealthy relationships with children.
The ones I know are entirely normal and admirable in every way. They simply have sexual partners quite different from mine.
But the Liberal Communist knows their game. Any opposition to the genuinely dangerous mentally ill will be deliberately twisted into racism and intolerance. Where none exists.

Down here you don’t see too many illegals hanging out at the Home Depot. What you do see is that they are EVERYWHERE!

Look poor; sad; only accept cash, - not food, time their pacing with the traffic light, try to make eye contact while looking downtrodden. The local paper here has done exposes on them and found it is a business and full blown scam that hauls in a lot of cash daily,- which is why they do it day after day. Down here in the South, religion is a big thing and they take advantage of people’s generosity.

Home Depot has their "installers", but far from vetted. I once saw an wall oven that installed in a $50K kitchen by their highly skilled individuals. The oven was 1/2" too wide so they took a sawzall to the cabinetry to make it fit.
I would have rather taken my chances with a illegal day worker.

The closest population center to me is the small city of Batavia, population 16,000.
There were never so-called day workers at Batavia's Home Depot. That I have ever seen or heard of anyway. Beggars never were/are much of a thing in Batavia.
Although in my immediate (rural-ish) area, there are a lot of farms, two of which are large corporate farms. One is a dairy farm the other is an agri. Those two large corporate farms are mostly responsible for the so-called "non-English speaking foreigners" in the area.
I would never see the non-English speaking farm workers except for in the fields and in Batavia's Walmart. And currently, there are definitely fewer of them in Walmart now.
It's very noticeable. So I voted yes.
A little more regarding that Walmart. It was getting really bad in there for a while. It would piss me off and I was wondering what the fuck is going on in my Country. It wasn't necessarily the farm workers though, they have always been around here to some extent. And I can tell the difference between them and "the others."
"The others" so called non English speakers were different, they were more of a turdy kind of turd worlder. They would seem confused and not really sure how to act in a functioning society. That's the best way I can describe it.
That has come to an end, it's no longer an issue in the store. Now it's back to just the usual non-English speaking farm workers, and there are not as many of them in the store as there once were. And "the others" the really turdy turd worlders seem to have disappeared.
Now when I'm in that store I hear mostly English spoken and a little bit of Spanish once in a while. Just like it was at one time before the turd world invasion happened.

He street preformed playing his guitar in Batavia for a few years.
Me being a long-time guitar player and having a love for anything guitar. I stopped and talked to him a couple of times. Looks aside, he comes across as a really nice guy when speaking with him. His look didn't match his personality, but that's a somewhat common thing in heavy metal.

From what I hear the biggest problem now is unrestrained children of all ages. The ones who think it's funny to put an open container of deer estrus in the gift card aisle, or ride the kiddy bikes around the store, or open and partially eat something then stuff the remains behind the product in another part of the store.
