Dont take this the wrong way, I applaud all efforts by companies to help us and throw the bird at Albany (ETA: or Sacramento, in this case).

But... to me this only looks practical for shooting from the hip or striking someone with the buttstock pugil stick-style.

I’ve tried these before. Too fat and may or may not be legal. Pound for pound, the Thordsen is the best compliance option.

I like that there is more thumb room than a Thordsen stock, very noticeable pinch point with big bores.

You submit everyday. You asked for permission to carry a handgun. You then asked for permission to buy one and subjected yourself to an unlawful search for a right that is yours. You then complied by buying a low capacity magazine.

What are you talking about?

Your right I did submit for the ability to carry a pistol. Simply because I had no choice in the matter because of long standing unconstitutional bullshit dating back to 1911 when the citizens of this state first bent over and let syphalitic Jim Sullivan slip it in without lube long before I was alive.What I did not do is build a bastardized rifle then look for praise on the internet from others willing to let lil Andy slip it in as well.

Private ranges don’t have to follow the constitution. They are private. They can allow or disallow anything. I bet yours disallows full auto.

So why are you giving him a hard time? Who made you the final judge on what laws are okay to follow and which ones are not okay? I guarantee you’ve submitted to other unconstitutional laws. Are all your long guns following the minimum barrel length? Are any of them select fire? Do you go to the range and use suppressors and mag dump full auto?

But you are submitting to infringements everyday so get up off your high horse. No explanation is needed to see that.

As far as whether I know what the 2A is, what does that have to do with anything? We all know that those laws are unconstitutional. Your point?

How is the Thordsen more compliant? Wouldn't 't the the spur be the closest compliance wise?

I agree the spur is trash as a grip, though.

There has been a few cases in court which have involved a Thordsen and the assault weapon charges didn’t stick. It was a while ago. I cannot remember if those cases were discussed on this forum or the old one.

Have there been any cases for other grips, such as the spur or any of the grips out there?

Agree with you all the way on function and I appreciate your other comments down thread fwiw. Disagree on the Thordsen (for me it works best)- but different strokes for different folks. Looking forward to your thoughts on how this one works for you.

PS in a dick measuring contest I usually pull out just enough to win. No reason to make the ladies fainthearted or the fellas feel bad.

Seems like that grip would be more comfy with some finger grooves cut into it. I say that as someone who isn't necessarily a fan of finger grooves.
