ALL VERY NICE....some look like mini factories and some are like clean rooms!!!! man!!
iNot so much a room as a pile of stuff I was just given,I have to figure out what's to keep and what I will need for the calibers I'm interested in and set up a legit bench just for reloading.
The .223 set is missing a die which is one of the calibers I was planning to try.
Between .380,9mm,.45acp,.223 and .308 what is the easiest to get started with?
It looks like there is a full set of .45acp components so I may start with that to test the waters.
Lighting should be his next investment before anything else. While back in new Yorkistan I helped my brother a little getting his reloading set up.
Kind of small but it will work.

Must be tough with it on an angle like that, doesn't your brass roll down hill?View attachment 61120 Was gifted a RCBS kit this year at Christmas. Here's my humble little bench
Watch your powder measure closely, I have one and never used as it seems kinda chinsy and that's one area you really need consistency. So no real picture yet, but reloading is now in my future and past.
Few years back after moving home from the Navy (2012) I wanted to get into reloading specifically 300blk cause it was new cool but expensive..
So I ordered the Lee turret kit that supposedly had everything I needed. I got it, and went to go set it up in the basement and go to town... tried to set it up got confused never been back to the project.
Moved out to my apartment all of which were to small to bring the reloading venture with me.
Fast forward to today, I stopped over to my parents to say hi and hang out a bit. And before I had to leave my dad told me he had something exciting to show me.
So we went in the other room and there was the press all set up and a few boxes. Turns out he wants us to get into reloading. So hes finishing up an inventory of all the shit I bought back in 2012, and a list of what all we need (he picked up a tumbler and medium).
So far I'm going to stick with 9mm and .450bm, and I know he has a few very obscureish old military rounds that are to much of a hassle to try and find and buy.
Pic of the kit cause the reloading "room" isnt actually set up yet..

The Lee powder measure is pretty decent. Its got a nylon wiper that won't cut stick powder, so it feels smoother. I prefer it to my RCBS measure for powders like 3031.Watch your powder measure closely, I have one and never used as it seems kinda chinsy and that's one area you really need consistency.
It will cut stick powders. I can hear and feel it snapping Varget. The Lee powder measure is pretty decent. Its got a nylon wiper that won't cut stick powder, so it feels smoother. I prefer it to my RCBS measure for powders like 3031.
I have one too. It sits rusted under my LNL.I have a Hornady measure, I still weigh every throw.

Too clean. Lose the Sabre's banner. Bad mojo.
