unfortunately I can no longer access the site from my computer. So I am always on my phone. Which I’ve been avoiding. For multiple reasons.

I prefer to keep things very simple. When I was in Fallujah and then in Helmand province, my patrol kit was kept very simple. I used a drop leg medical pouch which remains for my range bag.

now... Quantities based on bag size. Reminds me to go through all my old shit.

Roller gauze.
Israeli bandages.
Gloves
Trauma sheers
4x4s
CAT
Compressed gauze
Chest seal.
foil blanky
SAM splint
Ace wrap. 4 or 6”
Needle decompression kit
Scalpel or surgical kit
Electrical tape
Aspirin
Benedryl
A few bandaids
Alcohol pre pads or hand sanitizer.

my bigger bag is more advanced and full stocked. Basically a combat lifesaver kit along with IV prep and surgical kit. It no Iv fluid due to expiration.

Then of course I have an over abundance of roller gauze, Ace wraps, ice packs, SAM splints, betadine, bleach and I’m sure I am missing some shit.

and I or two of these still mostly stocked.

being a sheet metal worker, I care a roll of paper towel and electrical tape (various colors)

it keeps you on a job 'til you can get to the doc's, BTW, don't use super glue on a wound, that just pisses my doctor off no end, LOL ( ya, won't be doing that again, stings like a mo-fo)
