Liability Insurance?

Does anyone here with an unrestricted PP carry liability insurance? What are the lIability limits? Is the cost reasonable?

I don’t carry specific insurance but I have an umbrella policy for $1m that covers this (among many other things). It would not cover the cost of criminal defense lawyer, only if sued by a third party (but it would cover lawyer costs for the lawsuit).

I see. Thanks for the reply. I am considering purchasing liability insurance for when I carry. Was wondering particulars and if the cost was reasonable. Guess my best bet is to do some research.

I did alot of research and it gets confusing but USCCA has the best reviews.
Or did 3 years ago anyways, now I just pay it.

I liked Armed Citizens Legal Defense Network. Slightly different approach than insurance. Starting my 4th year with them.

I'm probably going to go with them. In fact I may earmark some of my tax refund towards it.

My wife and I carry 1million personal liability policy. Covers personal, auto and home liability. We pay about $180 per year.

When I joined 3 years ago there was a silver plan a gold plan and a platinum plan.
I got the highest one, platinum.
Now platinum is the middle plan apparently.
The coverage is acvually better now than when I joined.
When I joined USCCA it was because of several positive reviews of their service, ive heard nothing but good service from them.
