Liberal NYC mayor’s program offers gift cards to defendants for taking courtroom friendliness survey

The liberal mayor of New York City, Bill de Blasio, has an $800,000 program in place that uses taxpayer money to pay defendants with gift cards in exchange for taking a survey about the friendliness and comfort of Manhattan’s courtrooms, the New York Post reported.

This makes me sick honestly. Go and appeal your pistol permit since they didn't give you a full carry and see how nice they are.

Paying criminals to say "yes, your mayor-ship, the Court was nice and friendly to me".

They did something similar back in the '90's,no gift cards then.Wasnt 144 questions,I forget how many.I was told to assign an officer to approach the mutts coming thru the magnetometers with a clipboard with the survey,ask and record their answers,we got very few answers that didnt sound like "go fuck yo mamma".After a few days OCA made the assumption that my officers were sabotaging the survey so they sent some non-uniformed court assistants to do the survey,same results.Two days later the whole program went away.
