What happened with Michael Kuzma? Did someone call in a favor to get him unrestricted and open the whole case to a standing challenge?

The remaining appellant is precisely the type of person that is in danger of being unjustly deprived of rights by this scheme. I just hope that it doesn't cloud the court's judgement. If the court refuses to protect citizens who might be seen as being on the margins of "law abiding" those margins will move and eventually the court will be hearing cases asking them to draw the line at traffic violations and parking tickets.

Does John Murtari pass a NICS check? Can he own long arms? If so, I wish that Ostrowski had mentioned that. Heller clearly puts handguns equally, if not more, central to 2A rights than are long arms.

Half the guys on this forum can make better arguments then the ones i just heard. It was painful to listen to. And yes people have been denied for traffic tickets.
