Clearly, disarming the law abiding citizens is working out well for the people who cant provide 24 hour round the clock protection for the 9 million people living there.
Once again, if laws are passed that disarm law-abiding citizens in specific areas, then lawmakers should be held criminally responsible for any violence that takes place in those areas.Clearly, disarming the law abiding citizens is working out well for the people who cant provide 24 hour round the clock protection for the 9 million people living there.
I know I have read where some proposed laws (in TN perhaps?) have tried to do just that: make it so that if an establishment wants to be gun free, that they open themselves up to liability if anyone is injured or killed on their property from gangbangers, etc., as unarmed gun owners would be unable to defend themselves.Once again, if laws are passed that disarm law-abiding citizens in specific areas, then lawmakers should be held criminally responsible for any violence that takes place in those areas.
Lawmakers...if YOU wish to make places "gun-free zones," then YOU are totally responsible for protecting those venues. Taxes may not be raised to do so, however. YOU need to prioritize spending already available funds.
In lieu of acceeding to such a mandate, just follow the goddamn text of the second amendment of The United States Constitution.
