Limbsaver pad

Anyone ever use these?
I need it to extend the stock by an inch so my scope and The eye releif all are correct

Alternatives?

Yep I did on a old shotgun. Worked perfect to increase the length to trigger 1"

put one on my old 500AT moss 12ga .. love it .. grind to fit type and also cut the stock down to keep the same length of pull .. i just run the open sights on it and now its no longer mule kicking me ..

I've got a Ruger Hawkeye Compact in .308, weighs around 6 lbs with a Nikon scope. Without my Limbsaver it would be downright nasty to sight in and shoot. Part of the concept of a Limbsaver is that it's air chambers not only reduce recoil, but by design reduce muzzle rise. BIG thing with a light rifle.
