Cuomo along with New York’s congressional delegation — Adriano Espaillat, Hakeem Jeffries, Carolyn Maloney, Greg Meeks, Grace Meng, Jerrold Nadler, Jose Serrano, Nydia Velazquez and Tom Suozzi co-signed a letter to the Parole Board urging release of Judith Clark.

I remember this case. The Weather Underground - Communists - Negros with 'GUNS'! This along with other scary news was all part of the scare tactics used by the Left and the Media of the day to weasel in "background" checks. in 1993 and launched by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in 1998.
The Brink's robbery of 1981 was an armed robbery and three related murders committed on October 20, 1981, which were carried out by six Black Liberation Army members: Jeral Wayne Williams (a.k.a. Mutulu Shakur), Donald Weems (a.k.a. Kuwasi Balagoon), Samuel Brown (a.k.a. Solomon Bouines), Samuel Smith, Nathaniel Burns (a.k.a. Sekou Odinga), and Cecilio "Chui" Ferguson; and four former members of the Weather Underground, now belonging to the May 19th Communist Organization, including David Gilbert, Judith Alice Clark, Kathy Boudin, and Marilyn Buck.
They stole $1.6 million in cash from a Brink's armored car at the Nanuet Mall, in Nanuet, New York, killing a Brink's guard, Peter Paige, seriously wounding Brinks guard Joseph Trombino, and subsequently killing two Nyack police officers, Edward O'Grady and Waverly Brown (the first African American member of the Nyack, New York police department). Trombino recovered from the wounds he received in this incident but was killed in 2001 in the September 11 attacks.
Now the Communists are running Albany Grad and they want their comrade paroled.
As her Parole Board hearing approached, opponents dropped off petitions signed by 10,000 people — including many in law enforcement — saying Clark should be kept behind bars.
This was murder - robbery and simply terrorism of the day. Let her rot!
To Coumo and crew 10,000 people don't mean squat! No room for them in NY.
Next time I gotta find out how to sign on to that petition.
