Live Free or Die. NH bill to revoke police authorization for deadly force

The way I read the bill, what they are essentially trying to do is to eliminate use of deadly physical force under the "fleeing felon" rule. Use of DPF is still justified when attempting to prevent escape, and in defense of self or a third party.
And the people who introduced the bill are libertarian-leaning republicans.

Well they actually have no duty to protect .. but the bill should offer free gun to the people that want one and to protect themselves and there family and friends .. FU-RINOS if they want to cut the balls off LEO ..
