These were the counties that wanted to repeal the safe act. If the local politicians had any balls, these could also be NY's 2a sanctuary counties.

Yep and whole lot of good that did.

There is no second amendment in New York. It is like calling Toronto a 2A sanctuary city. They have no US constitution in Ontario, nor do we in New York.

A "pure" safe act arrest. A defendant able and willing to take it to SCOTUS. A favorable ruling from SCOTUS.

Yes...a couple local lawyer's claimed to fight and repeal the crap act. Years ago and not heard from since.
