Trying to find out. I have tried logo reverse searches on Google. It is on AR uppers and handguards.

Allstar logo is the M16 bolt, I don't know if they had one before that but it is unusual for a company to change its logo that dramatically.

I'm stumped I think. I used the full reach of my internet-fu. I even went through a list containing most of the AR parts manufacturers that start with the letter A.
