Thank you Podmonkey!! Yes once the rim gets grabbed by the extractor/ejector, there’s nowhere to go. Seems to be less feeding issues than with some of my other rimfires. Next is the Lilja barrel and she’ll be done. Except for a suppressor someday when I move outta this shithole

Winchester Model 67A and Remington Model 581 - One was my fathers the other my Grandfathers, my dad doesn't remember which, HA! Put 100-200 rounds through each today, the 67A needs some sight adjustment but was still fun. I will definitely be shooting the 581 a lot, good squirrel gun and a ton of fun with that 10 round magazine at the range.

I had a Rem 541-T in the 1980's. Was a nice rimfire rifle.

Finally received the stock, dummy magazine, sling and sights for my 10/22-M1 Carbine look-a-like conversion. Now to sight it in, cant wait for the weekend!

Bought a used wood stock and grip off eBay (separate sellers but they match well)for my Mossberg 500C, originally came in black synthetic. Over the past few years, I've grown more and more fond of the classic look and classic firearms.

This is really not much to look at but I like it. Made by Remington in 1917 as a Pattern 14 rifle for the British, it probably participated in both World Wars and maybe a couple of other things. In 1953 it was converted into a Model E sporter by BSA which included recontouring the receiver and barrel, changing the bolt handle and putting it into a new stock. After it ended up at my house I found that the bedding was in poor condition and the forend had taken a left turn. My solution was to epoxy bed the action and free float the barrel, and while I was at it I installed a Timney trigger. I shot it last week and was pleased with the results. 101 years old and still useful.

I have two Mosin Nagants so I modified 1 a bit. Makes a hell of a bang, and apparently the muzzle break blast can make people's pants shake. Just need to get a shot at night now.

The Saiga is getting converted. I'm thinking plum Magpul furniture and a POSP 4x24.

The Ruger American is my father's and I'm getting the barrel threaded, a VG6 Epsilon put on. I also picked him up a Nightforce scope base and Vortex rings.

I'm honestly not sure what to do with the R-25. Rebarrel it to 6.5cm or a longer .308 barrel?

Finished my on-going AR build, received the upper from a fellow forum member yesterday and I am very happy with it so far. Plan is to take it to the range tomorrow, pending how long I can stand the heat....

I posted this on the other forum when I'd finished it, probably three years ago. It's a BSA martini 12/15 that had led a very hard life and I did some repairs and rechambered it to 22 magnum. Accuracy was mediocre and since that time I've been trying different ammo hoping that the rifle was just a little picky about what I fed it. No luck until today when I ran some CCI 40gr. through it. The sky brightened and I'm pretty sure I heard angels singing. The five-shot 60 yard group is 1/2", so just under 1 m.o.a. Big smile on my face.

Thanks guys. I paid $179 for the steel M40A3 Badger rings, but they were worth it. They're .886" and sitting on a steel Leupold 15 moa base. The muzzle brake is a Surefire, which does a great job of keeping the target in the reticle for follow up shots. I've had the weapon for a couple years, suffice to say its changed a bit since I bought it. ;-)

Nice brother. Mine loves Federal Match 175gr, I ran some 185gr Juggernauts through it last time out, but I found the 175's were still just slightly better. What does your's prefer to feast on?

Check out the PIG Rifle Stock Pack at SKD tactical. I also use a stock pack from Mcree precision. Both have served me well!

I reload using 175 gr SMK's with good results. A while ago I tried messing around with some 155 Lapua Scenar's however cant justify the cost, so went back to the SMK.
