How many people killed in car accidents a day ? Or mangled for life ? We can't do anything,or want to do anything because that would affect too many in many ways. NO CAR MOTOR WITH OVER 150 HORSE POWER. See how that would fly.

I've thought of that too, what if every cop in the state got turned in every year? What if the FUDDs started to experience the repercussions of their actions, what if the libtard bastards got turned in and where forced to undergo a search of their house looking for a constitutional protected item that they want banned? I'm not saying we should ORGANIZE as that may be illegal! BUT I am saying fight FIRE WITH FIRE! Exactly, commifornia has been passing state gun control for many decades, even before modern sporting rifles became the boogeyman of the left, here in New Yorkistan it has happened since the year 1911 when that POS tim Sullivan banned the private ownership of pistols without a government permission slip. It will never be enough for the antis until all gun ownership is outlawed, and those that dare to resist get labeled as "extremists" and off to the gulag.
I'm sure many fudds in NYC thought it was "not a big deal" that they had to get a rifle permit in the year 1967, until confiscation time came 25 years later.

Funny, I used to go to that range in Uniondale. Was the only one around that I knew of, really. Once got harassed for taking video, and once brought my gun, action back, pointed up, without a magazine, to the back table in one of the ranges. Range officer storms in, literally shoves me back towards my lane (as if that was any safer), and starts yelling at me and shit, like he was some kind of hero that just stopped an active shooter.
I told him to go fuck himself and never went back.
Wouldn't doubt it's the same guy, for all I know. Hey jackass, owning a gun is a constitutional right. Handling hazardous materials, is not. As soon as you're okay with giving others' rights away to the government, we're done talking. Plain and simple..

I go to that range in Uniondale all the time. I have never had a problem. I’ve always been courteous with the ROs and they to me. It is the closest range to where I live. I wish it could be updated a bit

I basically agree. It was just one (really) bad experience that turned me off, but other than that, I went there for a number of years. The price wasn't too bad either. Here in South Florida, one of my local ranges wants $200 for a yearly membership to use their rifle range... I only go shooting every couple months because I'm so busy. Just annoys me is all..
I think most of the people who go to the Uniondale range probably are on-board with us, but you also end up with a lot of Long Island Fudds as well. For example, one dude had brought his AR-15 to the range (this must have been summer 2012) and the range officer is talking to another dude, saying something like, "I don't know why these guys have to bring those types of guns here." It was a typical NY compliant AR-15 (at the time) and with a 10 round magazine.
So, take from that what you will.
Funny because I went there maybe one month ago and they were hard on's.
My buddy is LEO and they wouldn't let him handle my pistol. A few moments later I had to check my phone for work (a text) so I backed away from the stall with my empty gun holstered and the older man who was the "Range officer" gave me grief about it saying it was unsafe for me to handle my phone inside... Keep in mind my EMPTY gun was HOLSTERED.

I own more guns than I'm proud of, and go out to use them less than I'm proud of. But I've yet to ever be in a position to buy one without a check... Those stats on their own, are way overstated..

Fudds like these are god dam morons, from what I here progressives feel killing animals is a sign of being a sociopath. How long before your guns are on the ban list ... most guys i hang with are competitive shooters who could give a rats ass about hunting. But we support the right to use what ever gun you feel you need to get the job done. You want more training, fire arms experience ... I have more live fire experience then entire police departments combined and I have had a full mental evaluation. Where is my state exemption for a full auto SBR?

Sad part is, the vast majority of private citizens who are gun enthusiasts are better trained/qualified with firearms than most LEO.
You'd think they would want that; more exposure to proper technique and knowledge just ensures proper respect and handling of. This can ultimately contribute to lowering firearms related injuries and fatalities two fold. First by education which can prevent the above and second by the concept of mutually assured destruction.
But again, logic goes against the very fiber of liberal existence. Asking them to use logic could cause them to have an existential crisis which would melt what little brain cells they have.
