I've been so busy with work, family and we just moved I haven't been able to post/read much here lately. I know we're totally f'ed in NY but a few points and some questions that you guys can help get me up to speed with:
1) In a way I am happy that the "virus" is spreading. With all of these commies winning and running close races in "free" states, it sure does pucker up the buttholes of folks that tell us to simply "move."
2) I know we're totally screwed in NY going forward, but we do have a glimmer of hope still with SCOTUS and Trump will only continue to replace federal judges for at least the next two years. That being said, what cases are left going forward that might have a real chance at going to SCOTUS?
I know there is Young, which is waiting on en banc. What about Worman v Baker out of MA? Are there anymore "aw" and magazine ban cases in the works?
I remember NYSRPA announced a new lawsuit and recently I heard another newly formed gun group in NY was planning on filing a new Heller related case.
I know its hard to be optimistic but we do have a real shot at getting at least some of our rights back with the right case, I just haven't been able to keep up to speed on all of them.
