Can someone here please show me some proof or documentation about the problems and crimes legal NY gun owners are causing? I have never heard of any law abiding NY gun owner committing a crime with their gun. Because it seems like the NYC ass holes in Albany are creating a breeding ground for criminals by not implementing stricter laws for committing a gun crime.

Who wrote this travesty of a letter? Reads like it was crafted by a 5th grader. There are multiple spelling and grammatical errors on the first page (and probably on the unseen Page 2 as well).

If these were to go through, along with what the legislature already passed, my research on the Carolinas would have to intensify. The wife would be on board in anheartbeat, its me who has family and a good job that is hanging on.
This is my problem also. I think my tipping point might be when the kids come home with the common core homework. I will not settle for them being handicapped by some made up math.
@Celt and @Jmac00- I'm almost 72 and Mrs. prambo is 64. We have no way of getting out of NYS, it's just not possible - we would if we could. The blatantly unconstitutional laws in this thread, as well as others in the same vein are just one of a myriad of things wrong with NYS. Financially, it is bordering on bankrupt. There is no future here for anyone except leeches, and once the money runs out, and it will soon, even the leeches will die.
My advice is:
Leave NOW, ASAP, damn the budget, screw the job, to hell with family. You can't enjoy even your family living in a slave state. It's only through good people such as yourselves escaping to freedom that those of us stuck here can stand it.
We'll turn the lights off for you.
Hope they all pass, it will be easy to get all of them thrown out and maybe the SCOTUS will finally rule that states have no right to restrict individual rights protected by the US Constitution.
