.475 A&M Magnum
My girlfriend recently inherited some long guns from her mother, which belonged to her deceased father. Some are rather common but others are older and seem to be a little more rare.
Of the older ones, there is:
Winchester model 12 – 16 gauge pump shotgun. A serial number check puts the the date of manufacture in 1947. It's in extremely good condition.
Marlin model 19-s, looks like a 12 gauge but there are no markings (its not stamped anywhere on the gun. There is only a serial number on the receiver and patent information on the barrel). A run of the serial# puts its date of manufacture at 1889. The gun is in great condition for its age, if that is truly the date of manufacture. There is some surface rust/browning on the bluing.
Remington model 12cs .22 special (haven't found date of manufacture yet) in excellent condition
At this point she is thinking about selling the two shotguns and maybe the Remington (she hasn't decided) and I am trying to help her gauge values and gather info. I've been searching online but I also wanted to ask you all on here if you have any experience/information on these models.
She also has a very good condition Savage model 110E with a laminate stock and scope chambered in 7mm Mag. That she is thinking of selling. I didn't put this in the classifieds thread because this isn't necessarily an ad for them. Like I said at this point I'm looking for info/opinions (personally I think she should keep them )
Pictures to follow. Thanks!!
