So while I am a Trijicon RMr all the way kind of guy for a duty/carry handgun (DPP is another good option) they are expensive and many if the "budget friendly" options are really not good for anything other than at the range or if you dont want to spend all the money until you decide its something you really do want on your gun.

Down side of getting one of the other inexpensive options is if you later want to upgrade to an RMR and you got a slide milling then you will need to get a new slide and more milling to match the RMR footprint (this is where a mount or in theory the MOS type systems have the advantage)

Well here just happens to be another really good review of the Holosun red dot for handguns, and it shares the same footprint as the RMR.

I think I'm going to pick one of these up eventually for a place holder on my CZ-P07

Let me know what you think. Like I said I'm thinking of snagging one up for a place holder on my P07 which is already milled for a RMR but I cant shoot it unless it has a dot on the slide, but I will most likely be carrying my G19 with the RMR over the P07 but would still like to shoot the cz at the range

I'm really liking the holosuns. I have a 503 mini dot on my ar and am thinking of replacing it with the 510c reflex. I can't find a bad review on it.

I kind of wish I went with the RM06 (3.25moa) instead of the RM07 (6.5moa) but when I was trying out red dots with my burris I was having so many issues with keeping the dot on target and finding it (due to know iron and still learning) so I ended up with the larger dot that helps mitigate the dot bouncing around.

Oh well next rmr will be the 06

I think a buddy has a G34 with a 6MOA that is similar to mine with a 3 MOA. Maybe I will shoot them back to back at 10,15 and 25 yards it see.
