Why it's interesting, is active duty federal troops can't be police in most circumstances. Those type of tasks are tasked to the states national guards.
I'm wondering if Trump is seriously considering declaring them in rebellion or insurrection. Then the Marines can have at it.

By their logic, once the Brick (missile) has been throw, they are no longer a threat unless they pick up another object capable of causing bodily harm, injury, or death.
Arson is another one: Here in NY the Law (surprisingly) is very clear: now you can stand there with a bottle of suspected gasoline (you're not a chemist and haven't tested the fluid) with a rag stuck in the end and that's not illegal (well there's bound to be a loitering or other law) but if you light it, well near as I can figure you can shoot the fucker dead before he throws it (presuming you're fearful that you or others are in danger)...one could suppose that someone in a highly animated state of agitation with a potentially lethal object in their hand could meet the standard of being in fear for their life.
