.338 Win Mag
M&P M2.0 | Smith & Wesson
And it uses the mags I already have (12) now to see if there is a 40 to 9 conversion barrel or if it will work with the Storm Lake I have in my current M&P???
This firearm makes sense to me. I think there are companies that make 365 aluminum grips. I’ve thought about getting one.

That’s the way to go IMO. That way people will spend more. Most times people buy one pistol and deal with it. Most are happy to buy another grip or whatever for $50, but not another $500 gun. When they release the Compact version I'll probably get one.. I have more Compact mags than Fullsize.
I predict M&P 3.0 to have serialized FCU ala SIG 320.
Jesus, like I need to add another gun that I want to the list. Fml.
I feel like I need to thin the herd out as well. I'd like to get an AK next while they can still be bought. If it didn't use the same mags that I have 12 of I wouldn't give it a thought! As I have been thinning out the herd some..

Two 'tings: I thinks it's kinda neat that once again S&W used a Shield model to preview a feature(s) that would later spread to other models, in this case the trigger. The trigger of this gun seems to be the same as is found on the Shield Plus, and it is indeed an ergonomically pleasing control. It would seem that S&W is as much an adherent to the concept of kaizen as Toyota.
Second I would really like to see this in 10mm.
SIG, S&W, whosoever drops it first gets my business.
Probably they had to redact a non existent option.@Podmonkey when I first looked at S&W site the build button worked a showed it was available in 10mm, now it doesn't work at least not on my tablet.

10mm would have to be a totally different frame so I imagine the 10mm listing was a mistake. It showed it i 9mm, 40sw and 10mm. That's the reason in my first post I mentioned 40 as mine that I have now is a 40 to 9 conversion.

Well, if they dropped a 10mm first it wouldn't sell very many and it'd likely tank the project so I support S&W's logical decision to launch their new metal frame in the most popular by far caliber.Or they want to sell a 9mm first, sum a na bitches!!

Next item- they gonna do it in all black soon? I don't like the silver coloration at all.
When it comes to firearms I prefer a more business -like, guy in a dark suit and aviator sunglasses esthetic as opposed to a gold toothed rap video esthetic. Now like the color!!
