Been awhile since my last post, been super busy with my first baby on the way and opening a business during covid... Been a crazy few months...

Any who, was watching YouTube I believe it was Iraqiveteran888. He was Featuring a M1 Carbine Paratrooper remake by Auto Ordinance. I've always wanted one but the originals are way to expensive from what I see and probably non compliant. My question is are these legal in NY... I've been looking all over the internet and can't find out for sure if this is something I can try and pursue or is it another pipe dream until I move to free state lol.

Not like I'd be able to find one at retail or hell Ammo to shoot it even if they turn out to be legal in NY.

There are. Meaning they can be still transferred and registered in the safe act database. But the remake isn’t a C&R.

I figured as much. Thanks for clarifying. New York makes gun ownership such a drag lol... folding stock i get. But a bayonet lug lmao. Thats the one part thats super ridiculous.

Hypothetically....buy a NYS “legal” M1 and just purchase a folding stock...just saying
