I have 2 and selling 1. 1st is scabbard stamp =USM8A1/PWB. Bayonet is 6.75" never been touched, cross piece is stamped Imperial / USM5A1 introduced in 1953.
Second scabbard is stamped USM8A1/PWH. Blade is 6.75" never been touched. Cross piece is stamped MilPar Col / US5A1 don't know the intro date. I got these from CMP years ago. 125.00 for the Imperial and 150 for the MilPar Col.

A guy at the gun show had five or six of the m1 garand baynets, from $110 to $175.
