Looking for a M7 Bayonet and the M8A1 scabbard that it goes with. I gave mine to a local museum curator as it was documented being used in Vietnam and I'm just looking to replace it with another for my collection.

I have a bayonet floating around somewhere I will see if I can dig it up. I don't think the scabbard matches. I got it at a flea market for a photo project, if I can find it and you want it it's yours.

Chicken, it actually appears to be an M6 with an M8A1 scabbard so I might be able to replace at least part of what you gave away. Let me know if you want it, it isn't in great shape and I got it fairly cheap.
ETA: That's an M14 bayonet I believe, with an M16 scabbard. Note that the buckle doesn't close (because this is the wrong knife for this scabbard). Karma awaits if you want it- or not, I wouldn't be offended.
