Glock and Remington are trying to stop the Masshole AG from getting internal documents. Basically, she is trying to use the consumer protection law to get documents about Glock and Remington's manufacturing standards, marketing practices, and safety complaints.

Why should a company be forced to basically incriminate themselves? Nothing good would happen if they voluntarily handed these over. So, they're suing her in order to stop the release of them. It's like the states of NY, MA, and CA are all in a competition to see who can out-idiot the others.

I hesitate to ask this question, as it may be inappropriate, but I get the impression many Members here were formerly members of another NY Firearms Forum, but were unhappy and are now here ?

I was a Member of NORTHEASTSHOOTERS.COM, but after nearly a year, was BANNED.

You may ask WHY ? Well, I'll tell you. I DON"T KNOW.

They ban people left and right, but NEVER have the simple courtesy to say why.

I certainly never threatened anyone with harm. Or threatened any Politician with harm (publicly) - mainly because I lack the balls to ever follow through.

Never had a FLAME WAR.

I DID say a thing or two concerning my dislike of MUSLIMS. Like they were all SHIT HEADS (sorry). I was BANNED less than a week later.

If you guys want to BAN me for saying that, at least warn me. I CAN be trained.

I'll put Mass AG Maura Healey up against any ASSHOLE, in ANY STATE. She SUX so bad.
