Whats up with all this "I don't feel safe" bullshit? Because of a fucking shirt? It'd be different if he was threatening others bit it's printed words. If you don't like it walk away. Can we start suing NY for progressive billboards we don't agree with along the highway?

Like Bigfoot said - he's not wrong. Even the medical community agrees because when you go to the hospital to mutilate yourself your options are male or female.

His shirt is objective fact and reality, it's not even an opinion.

As far as humans are concerned, outside of very rare genetic abnormalities there are only males and females - and that's it. You can't switch from male to female or vice-versa, you being a male or female is defined by your genetic composition. When we teach things we teach the normal, not the edge case abnormalities. IE. Are there people born with 4 or 6 digits on their hand? Yes. Is it normal? No. We teach that humans have 5 digits (a thumb and 4 fingers) because it's what is the norm for the vast supermajority of the population.

The dissent argued that the First Amendment does not grant the right to express any opinion at any time. Students attend school to learn, not teach. The armbands were a distraction. School officials, acting on a legitimate interest in school order, should have broad authority to maintain a productive learning environment.
