Idiot forgot she did the same victory dance when the March 2018 "BIPARTISAN" budget undid the Dickey amendment to allow the same agency "gun violence" research in the fallout after the Parkland shooting.
Budgets without line item vetos are bloated with pork and leak away our rights. It is a drip drip but that drop first fell almost 22 months ago.
