No one was injured but two vehicle were damaged.
Troopers were able to locate Appley and he was arrested without incident. Appley was processed at SP Deposit and arraigned by a judge. He was remanded to the Delaware County Jail on $25,000 bond. "
What!!! i thought this was a catch and release issue ..
No Mention of the gun type .. really NYSP ..
Cars were damaged .. were they damaged before the shots fired or after ?? .. nothing in NYSP BS news release on that ..
Sound more like this should have been a State Farm and Geico auto claim
