Which law states 300 feet as being the distance? And you’re also missing an important factor…it’s only illegal if you don’t have consent of the other dwelling owner to discharge a firearm within the proximity of their dwelling. So again, what law states 300ft from another dwelling? This^^^

That doesn't say you can't hunt with a rifle.THIS ENTRY WAS PUBLISHED ON 2014-09-22

and by the way . the very last of that
"
7. During any open season for deer, a person afield shall not possess
shotgun shells loaded with a slug or ball unless he holds a valid
license or permit to take deer or bear. "
is wrong .. we can use rifle now if we have a license .. 2014 county here first year for rifle hunting deer
your only getting the Senate side of it .. not what is actual law on the books now ..
That doesn't say you can't hunt with a rifle.
It basically just says if you are out in the field with a shotgun full of slugs it is prima facia evidence that you are hunting deer.
It's bullshit, but that's what it says.
Yep, you can carry a shotgun full of 00 buckshot too, which would also be suitable for hunting deer, if it weren't illegal.what im saying is per that law you can carry a loaded rife afield with out a hunting license .. rifle is not listed .. just shotgun![]()
