Foley, 52 of Albion, NY for Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd degree (C Felony), Criminal Possession of Assault Weapon 3rd degree (D Felony), Criminal Possession Weapon 3rd ammunition feeding device (D Felony), Reckless Endangerment 1st (D Felony), Driving While Intoxicated 1st degree, Harassment 2nd and other traffic tickets.

Foley was arraigned at the town of Carlton Court and remanded to Orleans County Jail on $100,000 cash, $200,000 bond.

He had to post bail? I am confused because the following charges are on Cuomo's list of "get of of jail free" offenses.
