This has been done a number of times across the country. It's only a matter of time before the AFT puppy killers charge someone for manufacturing/dealing without a license.



Any person (including any corporation or other legal entity) engaged in the business of performing machining, molding, casting, forging, printing (additive manufacturing) or other manufacturing process to create a firearm frame or receiver, or to make a frame or receiver suitable for use as part of a “weapon … which will or is designed to or may readily be converted to expel a projectile by the action of an explosive,” i.e., a “firearm,” must be licensed as a manufacturer under the Gun Control Act of 1968 (GCA); identify (mark) any such firearm; and maintain required manufacturer’s records. A business (including an association or society) may not avoid the manufacturing license, marking, and recordkeeping requirements of the GCA by allowing persons to perform manufacturing processes on firearms (including frames or receivers) using machinery or equipment under its dominion and control where that business controls access to, and use of, such machinery or equipment

This is a great statement and all but confirms his story hilarious.
A statement sent from a spokesperson at the Attorney General's Office on Wednesday said:

“It’s shameful that this individual exploited a program that has successfully taken thousands of guns off the streets to protect our communities from gun violence. We have partnered with local police throughout the state to recover more than 3,500 guns, and one individual’s greedy behavior won’t tarnish our work to promote public safety. We have adjusted our policies to ensure that no one can exploit this program again for personal gain.”

You don't 3d print the guns.

He wants to do this in volume.

You 3d print the reusable *molds* and then cast the guns in epoxy or something.

Much higher volume possible.

Plus, you can cast around off the shelf steel parts for things liken the barrel easily that way too.

Actually, the 80% guys should start selling these molds. ATF can suck it. The mold isn't even 0% receiver. No part of it is a firearm.

Would that make the jug of resin and hardener each a 50% receiver LOL.

None of the things he turned in could be considered manufactured firearms or parts of such. They’re essentially blue guns, modeled out of plastic. You might as well cast them as spat said.

I find it extremely amusing that he actually got paid for them. Who’s staffing these shit events? Can I turn in a cardboard thing that goes up and get money?
