You see that's the truth. Why did they let them out?!What a bunch of Dolts. Did they think he was going to stay out of trouble once out on bond?
Not to play Devils advocate, but the premise of "innocent until proved guilty" (despite incontrovertible evidence of the crime) sort of flies in the face of Bail. I for one don't want people out, but they haven't been convicted, and sometimes they really shouldn't even be brought in/processed ...I don't really have a solid argument, the whole thing has become so convoluted and subjective, just like "fair and speedy Trial, and "...neither excessive bond or fine..." As activist Judges depart more and more from the Constitution and actual Law as Written by Congress (not them or bureaucracies) the more legal gymnastics prosecutors will have to use and Good Lawyers (do they exist?) will exploit to free people that really shouldn't.You see that's the truth. Why did they let them out?!
It's like a game of catch and release and all over again. Stakes keep getting higher.
