SAUGERTIES – A fight between a half-dozen people near 78 Partition Street in the Village of Saugerties left one person with burns after being shot with a flare gun. 
Saugerties Police were called to the scene around 6:38 p.m. on Saturday, September 21 for a report of fighting and that someone had possibly been stabbed with a knife.
Police stopped a vehicle on Route 212 after being told some of those involved in the fight may have fled. Three men and one woman were in the car and officers also located two of the people involved in the fight.
