I am sure their employee handbook (the contract she signed as a condition of employment) has a clause covering this.
Basically, not becoming a national media spectacle that makes her employer look bad is part of her job.
She obviously failed badly at that part of her job and is being fired for poor performance.
If you wear a Trump hat and are quick with your camera, you can get a dozen people fired a day.
