how about mandatory storage for your car or tuck if it has fuel more then 7 gallons or lbs ( NG/Propane) in the tank .. 7 amps on the batteries for electric cars i say ..

Basically some one under 16 can use a gun at a range or while hunting and that’s all now from the way I read it.

I guess it's how they definitely access. It's an exemption, so from me very shallow reading, it looks like they are loosening the restrictions on kids with hunting permits. I could be wrong, I'm not a lawyer,so..... Who knows.
