In addition to being named in the lawsuit, many of those names were interviewed by the FBI as part of the origination of the Trump-Russia investigation, and/or part of the ongoing investigation of the Trump-Russia fabrication. Each of those interviews would carry an FD-302 report summarizing the content of the interview, the questions and answers given.
The totality of those 302 documents is a lot of evidence likely consisting of hundreds of pages.
For the government officials on the inside, in addition to 302’s (ex Bruce Ohr) there would be documents of communication between them.

I wouldn't put a lot of faith in Durham investigating FBI agents. Maybe just for appearance sake but nothing really substantive. The author (Sundance) at the Conservatives Treehouse does very good leg work in terms of looking into things, putting puzzle pieces together (even if I don't always agree with him there), analyzing, stringing together facts and credible suppositions to come up with theories or pretty clear insight/conclusions, and so on.
I respect him to a certain point (which from me is high praise, as I respect very few people who report or write news or opinion).
That being said, it should be kept in mind that for a good while he was on the whole "there are white hats in the government that are going to expose the Deep State, take it apart, and/or bring real charges and even convictions against the traitors in and out of Washington DC," bandwagon. That was pie in the sky at best, and very naive.
It is not something new for any given writer to wake up and realize that many Federal investigations/operations involving Alphabet Soup agencies (especially DoJ, FBI, and all of the intelligence agencies known and unknown) are the means by which investigations into corruption, treason, malfeasance, racketeering, and on and on, make things go away for the "right people," and/or go after someone who is innocent while ignoring the guilty, or accusing the innocent of what the guilty people are doing.
The Sundance shtick is to make it seem like he's schooling everyone about what has already been known by educated people for many decades. Anyone who lived through the Clinton era, long before Sundance started writing, knows what I am talking about. It was in our face then and simply has not stopped at all since, with only brief interludes.
The Clintons have been neck deep in organized crime going way back before they landed in the White House. They ought to have been properly investigated decades ago, brought to justice, found guilty, and executed by firing squad or hanging as traitors to this nation for the bullshit they pulled before we ever got to the point of Hillary running for president.
They have never been held accountable, because practically every agency in FedGov is staffed with Fed Coats who cover for them and make "problems" go away.

I am not familiar with Sundance's writings over time, so thank you, I'll have to dig more. Seems like he bought into the white hat/black hat paradigm I've seen put forward by the Storm/Qanon movement, which IMO is LARPing, or controlled opposition or just wishful thinking at best.
I did raise an eyebrow to this statement in part 1 - "...many people think defunding the Intelligence Community is a solution; it is not…. at least, not yet. Worse yet, the corrupt divisions deep inside the U.S. intelligence system can now fund themselves from multinational private sector partnerships (banks, corporations and foreign entities)." It struck me as odd because I think defunding would at least be a place to start (maybe not coincidentally, it is the current thrust being made towards local LE...it's not over-reaching that much to assume IC alphabet groups would love to fill that LE void). It could expose alternate funding streams for the IC. I would think they would then be subject to the Emoluments Clause.
I agree this has been ongoing to various degrees long before even Clinton, perhaps ever since this country was founded. The people that influence and steer governments live and plan on time scales the average don't understand. They are brought up and taught differently and don't face the same struggles we do.
I think Clinton's reputation appealed to them because he was already compromised and they felt they could work with him or otherwise keep him put in his place. Yeah, I remember White Water, cattle futures, Paula Jones and Vince Foster. Perot (a Tech company operative) being inserted as a 3rd candidate destroyed G. H. W. Bush's chance of a 2nd term. Perot got about 20% of the vote. The last time a 3rd party candidate did that well was 1912...and what followed that?

Supposedly the FBI called the Secret Service agents working the Mar-a-lago detail ahead of time and told them they were coming. Could also that one of the SS agents served as the Confidential Human Source (CHS) for the affidavit. Makes sense since the FBI requested a more secure lock put on the storage door, that was likely done by the SS. So, yeah, none of that was going to stop them...they are rabid about stopping Trump.
Secret Service Agents are Federal agents first, and protectors second...not the other way around. They wouldn't have stood in the way. And that is straight from Bongino.
