Marlin 795 Trigger guard

I have a Marlin 795 that has a broken trigger guard. It's my primary .22. I can't find a replacement in stock anywhere. Nygun team, can you guys help out?


Id prefer one like the di products that's aluminum so I don't have to do this again, but I'm willing to go plastic so it's up and running.

My brother has a good 3d printer. This might be the ticket until the aluminum ones get made again.

toss a chunk of aluminum on the bench ..

cover it with some Prussian blue

Scribe some lines

and get to work with the drill , saw , files ..




the Safety on my moss 500AT pump broke when i loaned it out to a friend for hunting ..

so i made my own since no one had one ..

took me a few days with the files to get the correct shape and fit ..

but the joy of DIY was awesome .

chasing that damn detent ball was another issue when it went flying in the shop

was not fun LOL . .

You can use one off a 995 if you either bypass the lever of the bolt release OR you machine out the slot for the bolt release lever: Trigger Guard, Stripped 995SS, 70PSS MARLIN / GLENFIELD
