I want to repeat, I am a fan of these types of warrants. Just more oversight and planning at times.

Overall, these no knocks keep people safe; not just the Police but Innocents in the area of the incident.

Blanket statements that these should be occurring at all is quite ignorant. Saying that there are very negative issues is also quite ignorant.

Thats simply a reference to a quote. Basically just stating my opinion on our criminal justice system as a whole. It can be related to any aspect of the system. I spent my entire youth wanting to be involved with LE, and the criminal justice system, my degree is in criminal justice, so I am acutely aware of how our system works. I firmly believe that no knock warrants are bad news for a free republic. They do have a place, like what Ive mentioned earlier in this thread, where rapes, murders, or kidnappings are taking place.

Think of article 35 and what the justifications are for a private citizen to use deadly physical force. In a round about way, anything that would be considered justified for a private citizen to use deadly physical force should be the same guidelines for no knock raids, imo.
